Ollantaytambo is a site located in Peru at the end of the sacred valley. From this point you descend into the jungle to arrive at a base of departure up to Machu Picchu. This specific site at Ollantaytambo depicts the remains of a quarry used by the Incas to carve the massive stones used in their fortresses and hilltop cities.
